Refund Policy

At Castle Pro Services, we take pride in the quality and professionalism of our work. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with the services we provide.

However, please note the following:

No Refund Policy

All sales and service payments made to Castle Pro Services are final. We do not offer refunds for any completed or scheduled services, including but not limited to:

  • Moving services

  • Junk removal services

  • Furniture assembly 

  • Custom service packages

Once a service has been scheduled, confirmed, or completed, payment is considered non-refundable.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds

Our team invests time, resources, and labor in preparing for and performing each service. As a service-based business, our costs are primarily time and labor—both of which cannot be recovered once rendered.

Customer Satisfaction Is Still Our Priority

While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be completely satisfied with our work. If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, may offer a re-service or alternative resolution at our discretion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
